Catherine Tate measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Catherine Ford was born in Bloomsbury, London; her father had left her family and she was fostered by her mother grandmother and godparents. As a young girl, Ford was battling anxious disorders, obsessive/compulsive and was afflicted by word associations. Ford was intrigued by the field of acting during her teen years, and joined National Youth Theatre. After being accepted to Sylvia Young Theatre School for a short time however, Ford realised that it wasn't the ideal venue for her. Ford applied instead for admission to the Central School of Speech and Drama and eventually secured a position on her fourth attempt. Shaun Dingwall was one of Ford's classmates. The actor would go on to have recurring roles as Pete Tyler and Doctor Who. Ford's television debut was in the 1991 episode Surgical Spirit. By the moment she was done with school, Ford already went by "Catherine Tate". Tate made appearances on television during the Nineties through shows like The Bill and Men Behaving Badly. She also worked regularly in theatres, before eventually being a part of the Royal Shakespeare Company for its 2000-2001 season. Tate gained recognition as a stand-up comedian, which has been added to her repertoire in 1996.
